Every semester I support the Introduction to Finance Course. This includes teaching two or three times (90 Minutes each) every week and in front of up to 600 students. During my time I have developed three randomized automated practice exercises (around 90 Minutes each) that is individual for each student. Even though it is not graded, this added benefit is used by between 25% and 50% of all students. On average those students that complete the exercise score around 10 (out of 90, equivalent to roughly one grade) points higher in the final exam.
Furthermore, one of my tasks is to coordinate and support the students assistants in grading the exams for 600 to 850 students each semester.
